Silke O'Calaghan

The Woman:
During her school years, Silke was pretty much your average
loud, obnoxious, catty teenage girl. Ever the artistic type, one
could always find Silke drawing somewhere, when she wasn't
sleeping during class time...

Witnessing the death and injuries on the part of those fighting
against the darklord changed something in Silke. For a while
after the War, Silke became mute, almost pushing away those
she cared for the most. Some of those closest to her were killed
in the effort to take down that evil.



And just when she thought it was over:
A whole new evil rose to power. But what's this? The very being
who once stood against everything the Dark Lord stood for was
now the Dark Lord himself...? Harry Potter fought the war and won,
and now he was standing for everything he once fought against.
Silke just couldn't make sense of it, but one thing became clear:
if those she loved were ever really ever in any danger, the time
was now.


The Love:
Relly Evans, muggleborn, had become Silke's entire world, but
now that Harry was in power, he was now in terrible danger.
The thought of anything happening to him slowly started to
tear Silke apart so she, with Relly, fled to a different part of
England. The two purchased a large house with the help of her
Grandmother.

But Silke couldn't stop there. Soon, the old passions came
flooding back to her. It was wrong! All of this was wrong! Just
as Voldemort before Harry had wronged the non-pureblooded
folk, Harry was wronging them now... And Silke had to do
something about it.

O'Calaghan House:
The O'Calaghan House was large. Much too large for only
two people to live in. So, Silke thought up a brilliant idea...
The muggles has midway houses for battered women and
abused children, why not a hideaway for non-pureblood folk?
Thus, the huge house became a hideaway for anyone wishing
to escape the view of the Dark Lord. There are hundreds of
rooms, and always room for more.

What's more is that it isn't just a hideaway, the basement of
the O'Claghan House is set up for meetings. Some nights,
meetings are held to plan the downfall of The New Dark Lord.
Silke admits, she isn't happy about plotting such things against
a once great man, but some things are inevitable. Welcome to
La Resistance.

Current Events:
Silke has traded in her pencil for that of paint and canvas.
Portraits of a few interesting subjects can be found hung on the
walls. When she'd not plotting, she can be found at the front of
the house, in front of the second story windows with her canvas
and brushes, painting all sorts of twisted treasures.
